What was biting
Roosterfish
Roosterfish, a bucket-list fish for many anglers, were caught close to shore.
Striped marlin
Striped marlin were the main billfish offshore. We encourage releasing billfish and follow the local rule of one per boat per day.
Yellowfin tuna
Yellowfin tuna showed strong offshore.
Wahoo
Wahoo made appearances, with fast runs and sharp teeth.
Dorado (mahi-mahi)
Dorado gave colorful, fun action.
Mexican needlefish
Needlefish added light-tackle fun inshore.
