Top Anglers was founded in 2004 by Captain Victor Vargas with one boat at Marina Principal. Over 22 years, the Vargas family grew the fleet to 13 vessels while keeping every boat owner-operated. Victor still captains trips. His son Victor Jr. runs daily operations. Max Vargas handles strategy and marketing. Nathalia Vargas manages administration.

When you book with Top Anglers, you deal directly with the family that owns the boats. There is no call center, no US sales office, and no booking platform taking a commission. The published price is the final price.

Picante Sportfishing

Picante was founded in 1995 and positions itself as the premier tournament fleet in Cabo San Lucas. Their tagline is "Fish with the winners!" Over 30 years, they have accumulated over $4.6 million in tournament winnings and built a fleet of 100% company-owned Cabo Yachts.
